We do not book single rooms. For Conferences and Seminars, Delegates Can Book the entire Estate for Exclusive use.
For overnight travellers / families can book the entire 6 Bedroomed Guest House OR they can book any of the two x 2 Guest Bedroomed Guest Cottages separately.
Modest consumption of alcoholic beverages is permitted under our licence. Please note we are a strictly low-noise estate and we do not hold a liquor licence. Loud music and parties are not allowed.
Yes, children are allowed if the function involves children and we are notified in advance. If children under 18 are attending, adult chaperones must be present at all times.
Yes. Outside catering is welcome. We require a $100 refundable deposit, fully refunded if there are no breakages or missing items after the event.
The estate has 10 bedrooms across all 3 buildings and sleeps 10-20 guests comfortably. You can bring fewer guests and use the rooms as single occupancy if needed.

That’s $60 per room per night. $30 per person if two guests are sharing

Yes. The rate remains $600/night regardless of guest count between 10-20. If you bring 10 guests, that’s $60/person for private rooms and exclusive use of the entire estate. It’s often cheaper than booking 10 separate hotel rooms in Harare.
Yes. We offer discounts for long term stays: 10% for weekly stays, for both Overnight Accommodation as well as Bookings for Conferences and Seminars.
Yes. We host outdoor groups of up to 30 guests for meetings, training, and events. Contact us for day event rates and packages.
For standard bookings, utilities are included.
For long-stay bookings, utilities are included up to an agreed monthly cap. Usage above the cap will be billed separately.
We require an upfront 50% Deposit to reserve all bookings, the balance is payable on arrival
