Ashley’s Estate Harare is a private and exclusive use retreat centre in New Marlborough, Harare.
We host one group at a time for corporate retreats, NGO workshops, church leadership sessions, and strategy meetings.
No shared spaces. No outside guests. No distractions.
Our estate includes on-site accommodation for 10-20 people, a private boardroom, gardens, and catering on request.
Every booking includes a 24/7 power and water guarantee to ensure your work never stops.

What Changed
We now host one group at a time. No individual rooms. No outside guests. No shared facilities. When you book Ashley’s Estate, your team gets the entire property: 10 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, private boardroom, dining for 20, full kitchen, and secure parking.
Most importantly, we invested in the infrastructure that matters. Power is guaranteed through Solar Power and a standby generator that runs the whole Estate. Water is guaranteed through our private borehole and 5000 liter reserve tanks. Peace is guaranteed because your booking means total privacy.
Our priority is supporting NGOs, corporate retreats, and training programs that need privacy, space, and a calm environment.
We no longer offer single-room or single-cottage bookings.
After 8 years as Ashley’s Guest House, we saw how group events collapse when venues fail. Workshops end early because of load-shedding. Donor-funded training gets derailed by water outages. Church camps lose focus because of noise from outside guests.
So we rebranded with one mission: Make venue failure impossible.
At Ashley’s Estate Harare - Private Retreat, we serve only groups of 10 to 20 people whose success depends on reliability.
