No. We operate exclusive use only. The Main House, Guest Cottage, and Annex Cottage must be booked together as one private venue. Individual rooms or cottages are not available for separate rental.
Modest consumption of alcoholic beverages is permitted under our licence. Please note we are a strictly low-noise estate and we do not hold a liquor licence. Loud music and parties are not allowed.
Yes, children are allowed if the function involves children and we are notified in advance. If children under 18 are attending, adult chaperones must be present at all times.
Yes. Outside catering is welcome. We require a $100 refundable deposit, fully refunded if there are no breakages or missing items after the event.
The estate has 10 bedrooms across all 3 buildings and sleeps 10-20 guests comfortably. You can bring fewer guests and use the rooms as single occupancy if needed.

- Guest Cottage: 2 bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, bathroom
- Annex Cottage: 2 bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, bathroom
- All gardens and conferencing spaces

That’s $60 per room per night. $30 per person if two guests are sharing
This is inclusive of 15% VAT and 2% Tourism Tax.
Yes. The rate remains $600/night regardless of guest count between 10-20. If you bring 10 guests, that’s $60/person for private rooms and exclusive use of the entire estate. It’s often cheaper than booking 10 separate hotel rooms in Harare.
Yes. For 30+ nights we offer a 20% discount: $400 per night.

For standard bookings, utilities are included.
For long-stay bookings, utilities are included up to an agreed monthly cap. Usage above the cap will be billed separately.
